Berman earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She earned her executive MBA at Loyola University Maryland in 2019. For the past eight years, Berman was named a Maryland Rising Star in the area of Employee Benefits/ERISA by Super Lawyers.
